How to Install the Track Belt
Please use a screwdriver to lift up the black side panel in the recess and open it. After opening the black plate, use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws in the middle. Slowly rotate the track outward by hand, and then install the new track in the same way.

The Cleaner Can Not Change the Mode (by the button)
For the first time to change the mode, it needs to download the App ‘Smonet robot’ and unlock it from the APP, then you can switch the mode by the button or the app.

It Can Not Change the Mode When It Is Working
Please remove the machine from the pool to change the mode, as the machine cannot receive signals from the APP in the pool.
Automatic Pool Vacuum Other Issues
Flashing Yellow Light, Attention, Right/Left Motor Issue
Rotate tracks and check if there anything stuck in, please provide a short video of the robot blinking yellow light.
Flashing purpel light,Failure to get out of trouble
Please take the machine out of the water, make the robot get out of trouble, and then put it back in.
Flashing white light, Failure to upgrade
Please find the upgrade note on the APP setting, and upgrade the robot from the APP.
The robot can not turn on suddenly
Is there a light on the machine or charger when charging? Please take a short video or a picture when it is charging for troubleshooting.
The robot keeps turning and doing wheelies.
Please cover the water probe position with a wet tissue to simulate being underwater, and check if the machine tracks and cleaning brush are working properly.

The Robot Stays in the Deep End, Can Not Clean the Shallow End / Can not Climb the Slope
If there are many slopes in the pool, which will make the robot mistake the slope as the wall,
the robot can not climate up to the incline when it is cleaning the floor.
Could you please try to switch it to wall only mode and put it to the deep end and try a few more times. If it is still not working, please find the note of the setting of upgrade, and upgrade the robot from the APP.
The Track Often Detaches
Please check if there are any stones stuck in the track. Please manually rotate the track to reset it and let the machine clean again.
Robot can not pick up the leaves
Please clean the filter and clean the pool more times.
Robot's front lifts up, cannot stick to the ground.
There are many reasons may casued the robot lifts up.
1. Debris ike large leaves are blocked by the basket filters or suction ports.
2. Insufficient water depth, the water depth should exceed that of the machine.
3. The robot has some issues, possibly due to damage to its waterproof function
The machine battery does not last long
1. In full-cover mode, the machine first cleans the pool wall for 1 hour, and then cleans the pool bottom for 1-1.5 hours.
2. Water ingress into the battery can lead to a shorter battery life.
Can the Machine be Used for Shallow Pools
Yes. The water depth should be deeper than the machine itself (at least 19.5 inches).
Can the Machine be Used for Vinyl Pools
Yes.
Can the Machine be Used for Inground / Ground pools
Yes.
Can the Machine be Used for Irregularly Shaped Swimming Pools
The machine is suitable for most of pools.
Can the Machine be Used for Saltwater Pools
Yes. The machine needs to be cleaned with clean water for preservation after used.

Warranty Policy Information
Explore our warranty details to understand the coverage and actions that may invalidate your warranty.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the item, Smonet will process your refund.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Smonetwill only refund the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase cannot be processed by Smonet.

- Confirmation – Await our confirmation. Upon verification of your information, we will provide you with a return label.
- Return – Use the provided return label to ship the product back to us.
- Refund – Once we receive your returned product, we will process the refund.
Warranty Service Process
- Fault Reporting: Please contact us via customer service hotline at +1 (888) 308 5626 or email us at aftersaleservice@smonet.com, providing the order number of the purchased product and a description of the fault.
- Fault Confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm the cause of the fault as soon as possible after receiving your report.
- Replacement: If the issue is confirmed to be within the warranty scope, we will arrange for a free replacement service.
Warranty Period
- Smonet provides a 12-month warranty for products and accessories.The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- If you register as a member on our official website, you will enjoy an extended one-year warranty.
Warranty Claims
- Smonet’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
- This warranty only applies to the original consumer user of the Products as long as the Original User occupies the residential premises upon which the Product was originally installed. Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is not transferable.
- Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
- SMONET shall not be obligated or liable for labor or other costs related to installation, repair or replacement of a SMONETproduct, or for loss of, or damage to any material which is not sold by SMONET.
- Even after the warranty period has expired, Smonet continues to provide after-sales support services.
Warranty Coverage
- Product Quality Issues: During the warranty period, if any faults arise due to manufacturing defects or material issues, we will provide free replacement services.
- Parts Replacement: During the warranty period, if any parts are damaged due to product quality issues, we will provide free replacement services.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Non quality-related issues(after 30 days of purchase)
- Damage Due to Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or failure to follow the instructions.
- Natural Disasters: Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, or earthquakes.
- External Factors: Damage caused by external power issues, voltage instability, or incompatibility with other devices.
- Consumables: Items such as batteries and filters, which are considered consumables, are not covered under the warranty.
- Transportation Damage: Damage incurred during transportation must be addressed with the logistics company.
- Product lost or stolen
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Product purchased from unauthorized or individual dealers
Smonet is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred from the use of Smonet products.
- Personal items mistakenly shipped to Smonet.
