You can track your order after email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.
Ownership, Terms and Risk
We will dispatch the order within two business days EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Please do not give PO Box address, which your package can’t be dispatched by any express. Normally if the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is shipped from SMONET due to force majeure, please refer to the return and refund policies and pay for the original shipping fee. Please note that you will be required to sign for your package. If the delivery company miss you, you have the responsibility to contact them for re-dispatch for you. And we don’t take the responsibility for extra fee which cause for re-dispatch or returning. When the goods delivered, please check whether it is in a good condition or not. If there is damaged to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods, and please tell the delivery person the refusal reasons.
