A: Micro 32GB.

2.Q: Does it require external internet connection to work, or can I use my wifi router?

A: You can use your WiFi router. 

3.Q: Does this camera door bell need to be hard-wired as my old door bell was? 

A: No need to be hard-wired. The doorbell unit has wireless communication capability with your cell phone through App such as "To See."

4.Q: Does it work with Alexa?

A: Our video doorbell does not support cannot support Alexa.

5.Q: Does this doorbell use an app?

A: Our video doorbell needs to use To See App. Your mobile phone can be connected to the Wifi or home router (only 2.4G available).

6.Q: What are the actual dimensions for the doorbell (package not included)?

A: 2.95 in wide 5.63 in high

7.Q: How far away can the camera detect motion?

A:  The tour doorbell camera can support about 5-8m for PIR motion detection. 

8.Q: Is this item waterproof?

A: Yes, it is waterproof as IP65 standard.
