Return Policy

Cancellation 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return the product due to product quality, you have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Here below are our return conditions:

1.The items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

3.Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SMONET products.

4.If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, SMONET will bear the shipping cost; if the product is to be returned not due to quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, etc.), you should be held responsible for the shipping fee. If you want to exchange the goods, you will need to apply for a return and place the order again. You will be asked to pay the shipping fee for the return, and SMONET will pay the shipping fee for the re-sent.

5.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow the instructions: 1) After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in the original packaging. 2) Send the package to the local post office. 3) Most returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at aftersaleservice@smonet.com.

Product warranty

The product's warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by the original consumer. To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to purchase the first consumer sales receipt or other reasonable written proof.

If the product has problems or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us at aftersaleservice@smonet.com. We will provide an after-sales warranty service within five working days.

Within the product warranty period, SMONET is responsible for repairing, replacing, and/or refunding components or spares for free.

Please consider that our product warranty does not apply to:

1.Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage or use for abnormal consumer purposes authorized by SMONET's current product information.

2.Anyone other than an authorized organization tries to repair.

3. Use of spare parts other than the ones recommended by SMONET.

The warranty on SMONET's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners.
