Q: How many Ic cards can be added? And can I delete any lost/stolen card?

A: You can add at most 200 IC Cards(13.56MHz RFID Key). You can delete lost/stolen card on the app TTLock or Sciener App.

Q: Do you need to drill an extra hole to install?

A: Yes you need drill.

Q: Is there a switch inside that turn it from Right to Left?

A: Thank you for inquiry, yes you could find a toggle button inside the back panel, please note the L/R side has different install method. Setting the wrong side of toggle button will cause backwards. When it says “unlock”, it will lock.

Q: Will this work to replace my current deadbolt in a metal door? Less than 2 inches thick.

A: Sorry about that it is not compatible with metal door. It is compatible with wooden door(Door thickness 1 1/2" - 1 7/8" )

Q: Can I order 3 locks that use the same key?

A: Sorry to tell you that each lock is only compatible with unique keys（Package come with 2 key）. So you couldn't use the same key to unlock different locks. But you can set the same E-Key(passcode) to unlock different smart locks.

Q: How do you lock with the passcode?

A: If you want to lock the door, please long press the # key to lock. No need passcode.

Q: How many different codes can the smart lock be issued at once?

A: You can generate at least 150 different passwords, and you can edit them in the Passcode option. You can also choose to generate Erase passwords to clear them with one click.

Q: Waterproof? For outside garage door?

A: The waterproof level of this lock is IPX5. This lock can work outdoors, but we recommend please do not put it in a humid environment for a long time. The normal operating temperature range is: 32 °F ~ 104 °F.

Q: Can you set up multiple codes for different users on this smart lock and can the codes be tracked by usage?

A: Yes, there are different valid time ranges for you to choose, such as Timed, Permanent, One-time, Recurring.

Q: Is the code required? Can I set it so that there is no number code to unlock?

A: There are other ways to unlock the door. Such as fingerprint, IC Card and app control, mechanical key.

Q: Do you have to have Google home or Alexa for this to work? We do not have a smart home.

A: Google Home or Alexa is cooperated with the smart lock to voice control or remote control the smart lock. But most of the smart lock features can be still achieved without Google home or Alexa.

Q: what about the built-in battery, how often needs charging and what's its life span?

A: 4 AA batteries (Not Included) can provide 5000 openings (approx. 6 months) When tghe batteries run out, a micro USB can directly power the lock and activate the keypad. After that, you need to replace new batteries.

Q: Can this be mounted in direct sunlight?

A: Yes, it can be mounted in direct sunlight. But it will shorten the lifespan of the smart lock as most of the electric devices does.

Q: Can I use 4 locks with the same app?

Q: Will this work with a lockly door lock?

A: This is G2 gateway, it works work with the SMONET smart lock and works with other brands' product compatible with TTLock App or Sciener App, and it doesn't work with z-wave.

Q: Will this work for two door locks or do I need one for each?

A: One gateway can pair two locks or more than two locks. The radius of the gateway signal should be 15 meters.（No barriers）The distance between the smart lock and the gateway should be within 10 meters.

Q: What is the range coverage?

A: Regular Bluetooth coverage, apx 30 feet unobstructed.

Q: I'd like to unlock my smart lock if I'm not home. Will the gateway allow me to do this?
