Returns & Exchanges

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return the product due to product quality, please contact us within a month, and we will give you the corresponding plan.

Please contact the customer service on our website and indicate the item and reasons you want to return. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow the instructions: 1) After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in the original packaging. 2) Send the package to the local post office. 3) Most returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package. If there is no other notice, we will return the refund to your payment account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Returns & Exchanges Condition

1.The return and exchange period is one month, overdue will not be processed.

2.Items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4.Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SMONET products.

5.If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, SMONET will bear the shipping cost; if the product is not due to quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, etc.), the buyer wants to return the goods that the buyer need to pay the freight and send it back. If the buyer wants to exchange the goods, the buyer needs to apply for a return and place the order again. The buyer pays the shipping fee for the return, and SMONET pays the shipping fee for the re-sent.

6.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Warranty Period

The product's warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by the original consumer. To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to purchase the first consumer sales receipt or other reasonable written proof. 

If the product has problems or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us (E-mail address: aftersaleservice@smonet.com). We will provide an after-sales warranty service within five working days.

1.In the quality warranty period, the products with troubles caused by design and manufacturing, the seller is responsible for repairing, replacing, and/or refunding components or spares for free.

2.The seller is responsible during the warranty period for providing some parts (Set of a camera, mouse, power supply) to the buyer at NO cost for those parts which fail due to defects in material or workmanship, excluding any part failure due to abuse, misuse, alteration or lack of maintenance by the buyer.

3.The Company warranty will be null and void if: 1) Product repaired or serviced by anyone other than the company authorized representative or Distributors persons trained and certified in writing by the company. 2) Any damage due to negligence or abuse etc. of the buyer. 3) Use of Spare Parts other than recommended by the company.

4.Warranty does not cover for: 1) Normal wear and tear of parts/components. 2) Labor, Consumable and Routine Maintenance.


Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on SMONET's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners.

Exclusions

SMONET's warranty does not apply to:

1.Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage or use for abnormal consumer purposes authorized by SMONET's current product information.

2.Anyone other than an authorized organization tries to repair.

3.Any product purchased through an online auction house.

Note: During the warranty period of the product, if related parts (Set of a camera, mouse, power supply) need to be replaced or reissued, SMONET shall bear the freight incurred during transportation.
